Source data is public-sector information from GOV.UK employment tribunal decisions, licensed under the Open Government Licence v3.0. The archive is still filling while the backfill completes. Counts may move during July 2026 as older decisions are archived and deduplicated.
Region, tribunal office, outcomes, awards, representatives and judge statistics require text extraction and validation. They are not inferred on this page.
