Methodology, honestly

Most tribunal claims settle through Acas and never produce a published decision. Causelist never pretends otherwise: outcome rates are presented as litigated-outcome rates, and hearing-list appearances — which capture claims that later settle — are counted separately. If a number can't be supported, we don't show it.
